Project Summary & Outcomes

Alchemus was engaged by the client, a global mining company, to participate in their internal project review process as an independent expert across environmental, social and regulatory functions.

Three projects were reviewed, two in Queensland, Australia, one in Peru, all associated with existing Client operations and activities.

The reviews involved engagement and consultation with the client’s project team and review team, identification and analysis of technical issues, risk assessment and ranking, and recommendations for the Client’s progressive internal project assessment process.

The foundation for the successful completion of these reviews was our strategic perspective, understanding of key industry issues and experience of project development and delivery.
